HPF Process For H₂S Removal From Coke Oven Gas Technology

Technical Characteristics:

Utilizing ammonia native to the coke oven gas as the alkali source and an HPF composite catalyst (hydroquinone, PDS, ferrous sulfate) as the core, the process employs a wet liquid-phase catalytic oxidation mechanism. It simultaneously removes H₂S and HCN. The desulfurization liquor is fully recycled within the system; generated sulfur foam is processed via a sulfur melting kettle to yield high-quality sulfur products. Crucially, residual spent liquor is recycled directly into the coking coal blend, eliminating secondary pollution.
